Integrate 3 PIR Sensors
The GardePro A5 includes 3 PIR sensors that enhance its capture speed.If an animal enters the central view from either side, the trigger speed can be as fast as 0.1 seconds. The camera detects at a 120-degree angle, with 60 degrees in the center and 30 degrees on each side, using both side PIRs.

8 AA batteries
- 8 distinct 1.5V AA batteries or 8 batteries arranged in parallel to achieve a cumulative voltage of 12V.
- Night vision goes off under 10V, and camera stops under 9.2V.
- *The camera can use 8 AA batteries and an external power supply at the same time, and the high-voltage power supply is preferred. It can rely on AA batteries as backup during a power outage.
A DC 12V input （plug：5.5x2.1mm）conveniently located at the bottom of the camera.With the DC 12V input, you can connect the camera to an external power source, whether it be an external AC power supply or a solar panel.

The A5 has an additional 70° field of view, a 940nm non-emitting IR LED and a 100ft/30m night vision range over the A3S. However, if you are buying in larger quantities, the A3S is more cost-effective, and it all depends on your needs to choose the right machine.

Do you have any non-cellular trail cameras that take a photo then start videoing? Bushnell calls it Hybrid mode. In my opinion the best way to get satisfaction with a trail cam. Sorry to say going through about 10 Bushnell camera they don’t make anything worth buying anymore.
Hello, you can set `Photo or Video` to `Photo+Video` in the settings, then the camera will take pictures first and then record videos. In addition, all GardePro trail cameras have this function, whether they are regular models or 4G models.
