How long does it take to process orders？
Typically, we dispatch orders within 48 hours, except for pre-order products. If you've ordered pre-order items, please refer to the specific estimated shipping date provided. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.
Orders placed before 2:30 pm PST Monday through Friday usually ship out the same day.
If you place your order after 2:30 pm PST Monday through Friday, it will typically be shipped the following business day.
For orders placed over the weekend, we usually process and ship them on the following Monday.
Please note that certain days or holidays may result in increased order volumes and possible delays. If you're in a hurry, we recommend checking with us before placing your order.

We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a $5 shipping fee will apply per order.
GardePro partners with top carriers in the industry to ensure a seamless shipping experience for you.
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to GardePro as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to GardePro, please contact GardePro to make arrangements for reshipment.
U.S. standard shipping time is usually 5-8 days, depending on the order address.
A signature is required from the recipient upon delivery of the package. You can use a delivery address different from the billing address (e.g. workplace).
