Return Policy:

If you wish to return a product that you bought from our website, please notify us and send it back within thirty (30) days from the order date. GardePro does not take ownership of returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment center. We may issue a refund at our discretion without requiring a return, in which case GardePro does not take ownership of the refunded item.

Please note that GardePro will not accept returns for products purchased from other retailers. Those products are subject to the return policies of the retailer, and GardePro is not liable for their return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service support at support@gardeproshop.com. In your support ticket, please provide the order number or sales invoice to our agent.
  2. Once we process your return request, GardePro will provide you with instructions for returning the product and arrange for a refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please ship the product to GardePro within 10 days of receiving the return instructions, including all cords, adapters, documentation, and accessories that came with the product, as well as the original packaging. Failure to do so may result in GardePro rejecting your return.
  3. The product must be in its original, unopened factory condition, and GardePro will only refund the full price of the product. If there are any quality issues with the product within 30 days of you receiving it, GardePro will offer an exchange. We will also cover any costs incurred during this exchange.
  4. GardePro will not offer a refund or exchange for any product issues caused by the customer. However, please feel free to contact GardePro customer service for any maintenance requests. Fees and charges are subject to evaluation by GardePro customer service.

Return Shipping:

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee, which will depend on the express company chosen. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not be required to pay the shipping fee.

Refund Time:

After we confirm receipt of the return, we will return the money to your payment account within 48 hours.
