Track Your Order and Shipment

There are several ways to track your order:

 

1. Received Order Confirmation Email:

You can click the link in the confirmation email sent to you after placing your order to track the order status.

2. Lost Order Confirmation Email:

If you have not received the relevant email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email, you can easily track your order status through the online order history on gardeproshop.com.

3. Special Situations:

If you have lost more information, including being unable to log in to the website and other special situations that prevent you from tracking your order, please send us an email at hi@gardeproshop.com and tell us your specific situation. The GardePro Customer Care Team will assist you.

1. Delivery Issues:

If there are issues with your order during delivery, you can contact the local shipping company for assistance. For specific contact information, please refer to the "Additional Notes" section at the bottom right corner of the website we provided.

2. Special Order Status:

If the order status shows “Shipment has been returned to sender” or “Shipment information received,” you can contact us directly for more information. Usually, the order will be confirmed within 24 hours, and these statuses indicate either a tracking number change or the order being flagged as a high-risk order by GardePro. (When there are changes in the order, the GardePro Customer Care Team will notify you via the email address provided when placing the order, but there are rare cases such as undeliverable emails or unprovided email addresses.)

3. Status Unchanged:

If the order status has not changed for more than 7 days, don't worry. Simply contact us, and we will handle the situation based on the actual order status to ensure you receive your product. (Usually, if an order issue occurs, the GardePro Customer Care Team will inform you via the email provided when placing the order, but there are rare cases where the issue is not successfully tracked by the order tracking system.)

2. Click "My Orders" under "My Account".
3. Click the order history on the item you want to track.
4. On the "Order Details" page, click "Track Your Order".
