GardePro Return Policy

Overview:
The GardePro brand's return policy is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the return process and ensure your rights are protected. If you are dissatisfied with our products, we will make every effort to address any concerns you may have.

30-Day Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your GardePro item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gardeproshop.com. Please note that after you contact our customer service team, we will provide you with the return address.

Unsolicited Returns Not Accepted:
Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of GardePro promotional items or gift cards.

Damage and Issues:
Please inspect your GardePro order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then purchase the new GardePro product separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Despite the above provisions, if GardePro products are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Similar to the above, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your GardePro return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after we approve your GardePro return, please contact us at support@gardeproshop.com.
